1. On some days where you're particularly fresh you'll be asked to go beyond what's assigned. Maybe that's adding more weight than given, doing more reps, or adding extra sets.

2. Training maxes will auto update beyond just waiting for 1RM results. They're training maxes after all and probably should be a little more responsive.

3. Strength ratios (e.g. pause vs bands vs comp) have been updated to reflect the latest data. You'll see some of your variations increase in difficulty a bit.
