L'application Visorando permet de se servir de son smartphone ou de sa tablette comme d'un GPS de randonnée. Voici principalement ce que vous pouvez faire avec :
- visualiser des cartes IGN au 1:25000 de la France entière Outre-mer compris
- voir les cartes IGN sans réseau (avec mise en cache illimitée)
- visualiser des cartes OpenStreetMap du monde entier (avec mise en cache illimitée)
- chercher une idée de randonnée parmi plus de 19000 sélectionnées en France (base de données de Visorando.com)
- mettre des randonnées en favoris pour un accès sans réseau
- enregistrer vos parcours (trace GPS)
- suivre une randonnée existante
- exporter vos traces sur Visorando.com (possibilité de les récupérer au format GPX ou de les modifier en ligne avec le logiciel de randonnée gratuit)
- importer des traces GPX par l'intermédiaire de Visorando.com
- importer des traces de Visorando.com (tracés avec le logiciel de randonnée par exemple)
- visualiser le tracé des randonnées recherchées ou de vos parcours sur la carte
- visualiser votre position et votre azimut sur la carte

Les cartes IGN sont accessibles gratuitement pour une période de 3 jours. Au delà vous pourrez souscrire dans l'application un abonnement trimestriel (11.99€) ou annuel (18.99€). Soit à peine plus qu'une carte IGN papier. Une option permet également de mettre en cache plus de tuiles.

Le fond de carte OpenStreeMap reste entièrement gratuit. Vous pouvez donc continuer à utiliser gratuitement l'application avec ce fond de carte même si vous avez dépassé la période d'essai des cartes IGN.

Nous avons voulu garder l'aspect convivial intuitif et simple qui a fait le succès du site Visorando.com (+ de 2000000 inscrits). Ainsi l'application Visorando est très simple à prendre en main même sans connaissance technique pour tous les randonneurs.

L'application convient pour la randonnée pédestre la randonnée VTT à ski en raquettes et à cheval (randonnée équestre).

- look for an idea for a hike among more than 19000 selected in France (Visorando.com database)
- put hikes in favorites for access without network
- record your routes (GPS track)
- follow an existing hike
- export your tracks to Visorando.com (possibility to recover them in GPX format or to modify them online with the free hiking software)
- import GPX tracks through Visorando.com
- import tracks from Visorando.com (tracks with the hiking software for example)
- view the route of the hikes sought or of your routes on the map
- view your position and azimuth on the map

IGN maps are accessible free of charge for a period of 3 days. Beyond that you can subscribe in the application a quarterly (11.99 €) or annual (18.99 €) subscription. Barely more than a paper IGN map. There is also an option to cache more tiles.

The OpenStreeMap basemap remains completely free. You can therefore continue to use the application for free with this base map even if you have passed the trial period for IGN maps.

We wanted to keep the user-friendly intuitive and simple aspect that made the success of the Visorando.com site (more than 2000000 registered). Thus the Visorando application is very easy to use even without technical knowledge for all hikers.

The app is suitable for hiking mountain biking skiing snowshoeing and horseback riding (horseback riding).
