Typefree is an app with which you can both record and transcribe speech. You can also import already recorded audio or video files transcribe them using the app.

Afterwards you can playback the audio edit the transcript and then share both to wherever you want.

No internet connection is necessary at any point. There's no limit to how many files you can transcribe. None of the audio or transcript is shared with anyone unless you want it to be!
