The game "Truth or Dare" should ring a bell with almost everybody. A player is picked randomly usually by a spinning bottle. This person must decide between truth and dare. The person who spun the bottle now has to come up with a question - in the case of truth - or a task - in the case of dare. Should the question not be answered or the task not done properly the player get's a penalty. Normally "Truth or Dare" is considered a drinking game. For this reason the penalty usually consists of some sort of drinking. Obviously any other punishment can be chosen as well. Once all of this is done the player gets to spin the bottle and pick the next person.
