※ The app has been renewed with Woori WON Card so it is necessary to reset simple passwords and biometric authentication.

[Service Introduction]
1) MY
- You can check major card usage information such as expected payment amount (payment statement) usage limit card inquiry and recent usage history.
- You can view your financial details/assets such as bank/card etc. at once.

2) Card
- Provides automatic input of key information and intermediate storage functions when applying for a card.
- Recommend custom cards using big data.

3) Benefits
- Priority is given to personalized benefits and preferred events.
- Shows at a glance the benefits (discount amount interest-free installment points etc.) received by the customer for the current month.

4) Finance
- You can apply for financial services such as short-term/long-term card loans and revolving just by verifying yourself without logging in.
- For non-Woori Card members you can apply for a credit loan with Kakao Pay authentication.

5) Simple login and SSO
- Various login methods such as automatic login lock number fingerprint/Face ID and app card authentication are provided.
- We provide login linkage (Single Sign On) between Woori WON Card App and Webi Members/Webi Market.

6) Integrated search
- It prioritizes search results that are highly relevant to the search purpose by context.

7) Chatbot
- Now it is possible to search/consult by voice without entering our card ‘DAB’ and text.

[Information Use]
- It cannot be used on smartphones whose structure has been arbitrarily changed for safe service use.
- Available on Android version 5.0 or higher.
※ If you are under Android 5.0 you can use it after OS update.
※ You can check the version in ‘Phone Settings > Device Information’.
※ When using the Woori WON Card app please refrain from using a wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) from an unknown source or without security settings and use a mobile communication network (3G/LTE/5G). Data usage fees may occur when downloading/using applications using 3G/LTE/5G networks.

[Card Touching Service Guide]
- If you want to stop the function of automatically running the app when you touch the physical card and the smartphone you must change the ‘NFC function of your phone’ and ‘Woori Card > Settings > Card Touch App Run Setting’ to OFF.

[ARS Text Service Guide]
- When connecting to the customer center (ARS) the contents provided by Woori Card are displayed on the smartphone screen. For this purpose we provide encrypted mobile phone number and App Push ID information to Colgate a service provider. ※ Rejection of use: 080-135-1136 (free)

[Access right information]
- The following access permission is required to use the Woori WON Card app.

- Prevention of fraudulent use by reading cell phone status and ID ARS text service. It is used for the purpose of making a call to the customer center.

- Used for joint certificate and device photo media file access.

※ You can change the consent setting for access rights in ‘Settings > Applications > Woori Card > Permissions’.
※ Optional access rights require permission to use the function and you can use the app other than the function without consent.

※ In the case of an OS lower than Android 6.0 it is not possible to set access rights and all access rights are set as essential access rights without optional access rights. If you deny access you cannot use our WON Card app.

※ In the case of a terminal that can update the Android OS you must reinstall the app after OS update in order to set up access rights normally.
