WHAT IS eSIM?
eSIM [embedded SIM] is a digital SIM that is permanently installed in many newer smartphones which is linked to an eSIM profile that you will receive from us. Together it is exactly like your previous SIM card only fully digital! The eSIM can replace or even supplement your classic SIM card. So you can use several tariffs at the same time with your fraenk eSIM mobile phone tariff.
WHO IS ABLE TO USE eSIM?
The eSIM can be used by all fraenk customers with a model of the series Samsung Galaxy S20 (incl. S20+ S20 Ultra S20 FE) Galaxy S21 (incl. S21 Ultra S21+ S21 5G) Z Flip 3 and Z Fold 3. The list of all fraenk eSIM compatible smartphones can be found on fraenk.de - it is updated regularly. Your device is not supported? No problem! You can also use fraenk with a classic SIM card - or take a look at the list from time to time maybe your smartphone will soon work with the fraenk eSIM.
PREFER THE PHYSICAL SIM CARD?
No problem! After registration with your PayPal account you will receive your new SIM card per post in just a few days! Put your SIM card into your smartphone and you are ready to go!
