The app will help you with useful links in case you don't remember how a particular exercise needs to be done with the summary of your current training program with automatic countdowns for your rest times and with a chronometer with which your best times will be saved.
Countdowns and exercises displayed will change automatically at your click you just have to concentrate on your workout.
