What's Changed?
- Swiping down on main app screen to refresh weather info was returned to only updating the currently visible location instead of updating all saved locations
- Introduced a short delay to search screen. Previously the search for locations was done after each typed or erased letter in the search box, now the search will only happen approximately half a second after the change was made.

Bug fixes:
- Clock and Weather widget should now work normally on KitKat devices.
- Fixed a bug where weather alert notifications would disappear after refreshing weather data.
- Fixed a crash when all locations are removed from the locations drawer.

New features:
- Automatic translation of location names
- Severe weather alert notifications
- Added support for shortcuts. For now the 2 available shortcuts are the add location shortcut, as well as current location shortcut

Multiple bugs fixed as well, including but not limited to:
- Default city of each locale will no longer automatically be added every time app is turned on.
- Entire Clock and Weather widget is now clickable
- Removed location permission dialog appearing at wrong times
