O DigiHero foi desenvolvido para viabilizar e dar mobilidade para clientes e funcionários Digisystem em abertura e acompanhamento de solicitações diversificadas. Integrado ao sistema de chamados utilizado pela Digisystem.

Com o DigiHero será possível:

- Abrir chamados;
- Indicar que os chamados serão de nível Normal ou Urgente;
- Anexar imagem ou foto na abertura dos chamados;
- Visualizar a fila de chamados Pendentes e Encerrados na tela de consulta;
- Visualizar os detalhes de chamados;
- Visualizar os cinco últimos chamados na tela inicial;
- Classificar um chamado que foi resolvido/encerrado por um técnico.

The DigiHero was developed to enable and provide mobility for Digisystem customers and employees in opening and monitoring of diversified requests. Integrated into the ticketing system used by Digisystem.
 
With DigiHero you can:

- Open calls;
- Indicate that the so-called will of Normal or Urgent level;
- Attach image or photo at the opening of so-called;
- View the Pending and Closed called row in the query screen;
- View the details called;
- View the last five called the home screen;
- Rate a call that has been resolved / closed by a technician.
