Move between the tabs and set your target speed or time for swim bike run and transitions. Result data updates as you type. You can also update any of the distances to customize your triathlon.

Modifying the race selection after you have a time maintains the speeds in each sport and updates the total triathlon time accordingly. This is great for examples such as; If I could somehow maintain this sprint triathlon speed for an Ironman what would my finish time be?
