Card counting is a strategy used primarily in blackjack to see if the next hand is likely to give a potential advantage to the player or dealer.

 The card counter counts by tracking the saturation path of the big and small to worthy cards in the deck of the dealer.

 When the deck is rich in high value cards (eg 10 J Q K A) then the player has the advantage. When the deck has more cards of low value then this favors the dealer.
