[Notice] Responding to Google's permission policy change

For the users who loves Dr.Capsule we are sorry to tell you this.

Recently Google has tightened security policies related to calling/SMS. During the process they have restricted access permission for the apps other than the default call app.

1. Due to the Google policy Dr.Capsule cannot offer call blocker service anymore. Therefore we have to terminate the service.

2. Smishing detection feature will be upgraded.

3. Downloaded installation file via URL will be monitored in real-time by newly added feature 'Downloader Folder Check'.

Dr.Capsule will do our best for safe and convenient service.

Quick Bar Guide
Starting with Android 8.0 Google policy has been strenghthened to necessarily popup the quick status bar for real-time detection such as real-time monitoring blocking Smishing messages etc.
Please understand it as it is Dr.Capsule's choice to keep your phone safe. We will try our best to keep your device safe.

**To turn the Quick bar OFF press and hold it.
Or visit Settings > Notifications > Dr.Capsule and Change Quick Bar option to OFF.
Real-time monitoring / Smishing message block may not work properly.
