For those who are having problems especially with T-Mobile follow these directions: in your laptop download Chrome browser open developer tools and change the user agent.
You have to play around with different user-agents you can try with Android iOS or other mobile user-agent but most users reported that using Internet Explorer 7 user agent will solve any problems too.
