IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1. TGV Pro application is reserved for business travellers who have bought their 1st or 2nd class e-tickets from a travel agency on SNCF business Portal from a SNCF station or boutique on the internet or over the phone through ' Ligne Directe'
2- At present the 'TGV Pro' application only deals with business e-tickets (Tarifs Pro Tarifs fréquence Tarifs négociés)
3. Cancellation is only possible for e-tickets from SNCF approved travel agencies; reimbursement of e-tickets is made at the travel agency.
4. Some 2nd class e-tickets can be exchanged only in railways station or over the phone if the new price is different from the original title.
