Raise To Wake is very popular feature
introduced in iOS 10. We bring the same feature on your Android
powered devices. You can allow the display on your Android phone to
awaken when you pick up your phone to look at it. Raise to Wake
lets you get a quick glance at your notification without a single
button press. That’s it when you raise your Phone up you will now
see your Lock screen.
iOS 10 will only add the Raise to Wake feature to OS devices with an M9 processor. The Phone 6s Phone 6s Plus and Phone SE are the only three devices that support the feature in the first beta build of OS 10. Since this feature was not available on Android devices we bring it to you.
Steps to Enable/ Disable Raise to Wake feature on Android devices:
Step 1: Install this "Raise to Wake" app and open.
Step 2: Under settings click "Start Service" to start it. That's it.
If you want to make this service run as soon as you restarts your device click "Auto start on device reboot".
You can also enable proximity sensor recognition to prevent waking device when it is in your pocket. To enable it select "Enable proximity sensor". If you want to use Raise To Wake feature in night disable this setting.
This features also useful for energy saving. Automatically adjust the screen time out when you are not on. Not Sure about Auto Raise to Wake settings customisation. But hope you will do from setting.
Once you get used to having Raise to Wake it’s pretty tough to do without it. It’s an OS feature that feels like it should have always been there.
