More bug fixes and tweaks :)

- Various client crashes
- Fix for disconnect when talking to Shopkeepers with high latency
- Knights no longer wear high heels
- /who now displays player name correctly
- Friends now correctly show online / offline status
- Fix for glitchy target UI button on map change
- Fix for target desync when spam clicking
- Training weapons now hit a max of 2% instead of 1%
- Moderator tools improvements
