Normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 40 to 70 beats a minute. Lower heart rate at rest implies more efficient heart function and better overall fitness.

Heart Rate Variability
HRV correlates with heart health stress athletic training emotional health and fitness.
rMSSD (Root Mean Square of Successive Differences) is strong overall Fitness level indicator. Try to have rMSSD greater than 40ms track your progress in app history graph.
HRV graphs show changes in pulse.
Poincaré Plot shows changes in successive heart beats good dispersion is over the main diagonal.

Spectral analysis
Shows the balance in ANS (Autonomic Nervous System).
LF/HF is one of nervous balance indicators (low stress) and good values are close to 1.
For reliable results duration should be 2min+.

In general longer analysis provides more reliable results.
