Stability and bug fixes!

- Fix for issue that could very rarely result in "invisible" players
- Fix for game sometimes failing to fully reload after a disconnect
- Top tier items can now correctly drop with max secondary stats
- Death messages should now always appear
- Fix for whisper message indicator rendering behind the sprite
- Advancement messages now show to the player who advanced
