willpower making them more difficult to do. These activities often
have long term positive effects but require a short term struggle
leading to procrastination and choosing an activity that rewards in
the short term (which is often bad for you in the long run). Gamify
Life by competing against your previous best and be rewarded in the
short term for a long term gain. See how you divide you time and
become more productive.
Keep track of:
- Total Times performed
- Total Time
- Average Time
- Minimum Time
- Maximum Time
Just add an activity by tapping the plus button. Enter the name of the activity and slide the bar to set the relative willpower and tap save. The points rewarded are based on the relative will power and how long the activity was performed. When choosing the relative willpower think about not only how much willpower is required but also how important the activity is to your life.
