Documents es la solución de Viafirma encargada de la gestión de
documentos que necesitan ser firmados en dispositivos móviles
sirviendo de pasarela entre el backoffice del cliente (por ejemplo
un CRM) y el usuario final.
Viafirma Documents está pensada para cualquier escenario en el que se necesite eliminar el papel en los procesos de firma con clientes o usuarios externos a una organización: consentimiento informados formalización de contratos aceptación de mercancía etc.
NOTA IMPORTANTE: Para usar la aplicación se necesita de usuario y contraseña. Actualmente la opción de autorregistro no está habilitada.
El uso de dispositivos móviles para la distribución y firma de documentos permite no sólo la eliminación del papel sino la movilización de los procesos es decir permite que la operación de firma pueda realizarse en cualquier lugar: venta en oficinas auto-ventas asistencia en movilidad.
Esta aplicación soporta la firma digitalizada o firma biométrica basada en la captura de evidencias electrónicas como datos biométricos fotografía o posición geolocalizada del firmante entre otras.
Permite la captura de otras evidencias electrónicas con dispositivos de captura de huellas (fingerprint) como los lectores Tactivo de Precise Biometrics.
La solución incluye los componentes de firma backend para la gestión integral del servicio y la customización de la app cliente para los principales SO móviles.
CARACTERÍSTICAS FUNCIONALES
Diferentes canales de entrada para construir el documento a firmar: PDF datos formulario o mixto.
Construcción de PDFs a partir de plantillas previamente diseñadas: Word y Adobe Acrobat con campos de tipo AcroForm.
Integración con backoffices de terceros: APIs y servicios REST para gestionar usuarios dispositivos mensajes o notificaciones entre otros servicios de validación y control de estados.
Personalización de los tramos finales del ciclo de vida de un documento firmado a través de la implementación de distintos mecanismos para transferencia y/o copia de los documentos generados y firmados. Mecanismos soportados actualmente son: NFS FTP CMiS y en general cualquier servicio REST.
Incorpora un motor de notificaciones push listo para integrar con los servicios oficiales de Apple (APN) y Google (GCM) ofreciendo una interfaz de administración en la que se permite la configuración del servicio a nivel de app.
Permite añadir una serie de evidencias biométricas que pueden ser anexadas al conjunto de datos firmados dependiendo de la política de firma asociada:
- Captura de fotos del firmante o captura de otras imágenes que se desean aportar como evidencias: documentos de identidad pasaportes justificantes etc.
- Captura Geoposicional (GPS)
- Captura de Hora Oficial. TSA (Timestamping Authority) autorizada.
- Captura datos biométricos relacionados a la firma digitalizada o firma biométrica basada en la ISO/IEC: 19794-7:2014
- Captura datos biométricos relacionados a la huella dactilar (fingerprint) realizada con algunos lectores móviles de huella con soporte para Android y con cumplimiento de las especificaciones ISO/IEC 19794-2:2005 ANSI 378.
Los datos biométricos recogidos son encriptados y almacenados en un fichero que garantiza la confidencialidad de su contenido.
