L’application ENGIE Particuliers vous permet de retrouver en quelques instants toutes les informations nécessaires pour suivre votre consommation de gaz et d’électricité gérer vos paiements et votre contrat d’énergie et suivre vos factures.

L’application dispose d’une toute nouvelle interface interactive pour faciliter la navigation entre ses rubriques (Suivi conso Paiement Relevé de compteur Gestion de mon Compte et Contact).

Une fois connecté à votre compte client vous pouvez accéder à tout instant à votre Espace Client pour :
- Saisir les index de votre compteur pour suivre votre consommation de gaz naturel et d’électricité mensuelle
- Accéder au service Cap EcoConso et analyser vos consommations
- Consulter rapidement une synthèse des informations sur votre dernière facture et vos derniers paiements
- Payer votre facture par carte bancaire
- Saisir vos relevés de compteur gaz naturel et/ou électricité
- Naviguer entre votre contrat d’énergie si besoin

Vous déménagez ? L’application vous permet de contacter rapidement un conseiller pour souscrire un contrat pour votre nouveau logement.
