📐 How does GamGage calculate the Engagement?

➤ The algorithm that uses GamGage is very simple.
It is based on the data that anyone can see directly accessing the user's profile in Instagram as long as this profile is not configured as private.

These profile data that are taken into account for the calculation are:
-Likes: of the latest publications
-Comments: in the latest publications
-Followers: of the profile
-Etc...

With these data the algorithm averages likes and comments giving more weight to comments than to likes because the "effort" of leaving a comment is greater than that of a like which could be considered as a greater commitment.

Then he adds these averages with their respective weights makes some adjustments divides them between the number of followers that the profile has and multiplies it by 100 to have a percentage or proportion of the user's commitment what we call the Instagram Engagement.

📈 Analysis of the calculated result
