【什么是训记?】

你没看错,这就是一款比较「硬核」的健身app。所谓硬核就是不适合大多数人,这大多数指的是那些并没有想要记录自己训练计划的人或者是那些并没有在健身举铁中坚持下来的人。 因此,这款小程序很遗憾,不是为了满足大部分的需求而做的,所以我也并不考虑。 在训练中记录笔记,精确到每一组的重量和次数,在健身爱好者之中是极为重要的,这一点我就不再扯了,具体的之后会在我的收费部落中讲述。

这款软件的初心是:更好的记录和分析自己的训练内容。


【为什么我要做这样一款软件?】

举铁的训练质量与重量、次数等因素密切相关,而训练中的王者:训练容量 = 组数*重量*次数,因此方便记录自己训练质量的工具就应运而生。 在上古时代,人们使用的是纸和笔,自从微软发布 Excel 以后,人们开始使用 Excel 来进行记录分析,其实还是有很大的痛点所在: 直至今日,仍然有很多人在坚持使用纸和笔到健身房辅助记录数据,包括现在大部分的教练员都是使用纸和笔,帮助会员记录、分析数据。

纸和笔最大的好处就是,灵活。 但就在目前而言,这个优势其实很小很小,其最大的痛点就是容易丢和数据的零散杂乱。 对于这一点,Excel 做得挺好的,但是 Excel 毕竟只是一款针对记录一切数据的软件,虽然他能够用来记录数据,但终究不是记录健身数据的一款软件。 因此,制作了这款app,希望通过一个极其简单,没有任何奇怪功能的软件来自由的记录我的训练内容。


【「训记+」和 「其他健身app」 有什么不同?我应该用它吗?】

其他健身app 都是非常好的软件,其内容丰富的课程,视频文章,都是已经被业界内认可,更重要的是,其他健身app 很大程度上培养了一大批以前从未想过健身的人去健身,我觉得这是一件非常棒、非常好的事情。 虽然 其他健身app 很简单使用,但 其他健身app 实际上很难满足我们这种健身狂人的一些需求:比如自定义计划和自定义输入,都不够自由。训记+ 和 其他健身app 最大的不同就是 足够自由,那么「训记+」就应运而生了。

这款app适用人群其实还是比较窄的,我总结了几个点,你逐一分析,看看自己是否需要:

1、你明白健身是什么回事,也明白健身和减肥互不为充要条件。
2、你清楚健身中,健身记录是非常重要的,健身记录之后的分析也是同样重要的。
3、你想看某些人的健身计划,具体到每一组做了多少个、多少重量,每周训练几次,每周都什么时候练(这个功能是一定要做的,当然,现在还没有,哈哈)
4、基于自己记录的数据,自动分析、辅助并指导自己训练的图表等功能

[Why should I make such software? 】

 The training quality of iron lifting is closely related to factors such as weight and number of times and the king of training: training capacity = number of groups * weight * number of times so a tool for recording your own training quality came into being. In the ancient times people used paper and pen. Since Microsoft released Excel people have started to use Excel for record analysis. In fact there are still a lot of pain points: To this day many people still insist on using paper and pen to The gym assists in recording data including most of the current coaches use paper and pen to help members record and analyze data.

 The biggest advantage of paper and pen is flexibility. But for now this advantage is actually very small and its biggest pain point is that it is easy to lose and scattered data. For this Excel does a good job but after all Excel is just a software for recording all data. Although it can be used to record data it is not a software for recording fitness data after all. Therefore I made this app hoping to record my training content freely through an extremely simple software without any strange features.


[What's the difference between "training +" and "other fitness apps"? Should I use it? 】

Other fitness apps are very good software. Their rich courses and video articles have been recognized in the industry. More importantly other fitness apps have largely trained a large number of people who have never thought of fitness before. When people go to the gym I think this is a very good and very good thing. Although other fitness apps are simple to use other fitness apps are actually difficult to meet some of the needs of a fitness madman like us: such as custom plans and custom inputs they are not free enough.
