Samsat Online Nasional adalah layanan jaringan elektronik yang
diselenggarakan Tim Pembina Samsat Nasional berdasarkan peraturan
perundang-undangan Republik Indonesia untuk pembayaran dan
pengesahan tahunan secara online Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor SWDKLLJ
dan PNBP Pengesahan STNK yang dapat dilakukan secara Nasional
melalui aplikasi layanan mobile.
Daerah administrasi/hukum pemberlakuan lingkup pelayanan Samsat Online Nasional yang dapat diakses adalah seluruh Samsat di wilayah Provinsi yang ada di Indonesia. Sistem pelayanan Samsat Online Nasional ini hanya melayani Pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor tahunan SWDKLLJ dan PNBP Pengesahan STNK.
Setiap proses pendaftaran yang telah selesai akan mendapatkan Kode Bayar yang digunakan untuk pembayaran melalui layanan E-Channel perbankan (e-Banking atau ATM) yang telah bekerja sama dalam pelayanan pembayaran. Adapun perbankan yang bekerja sama meliputi Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) masing-masing provinsi; Bank BUMN (BNI BRI Mandiri BTN); Bank Swasta (BCA Permata CIMB Niaga).
Bagi wajib pajak yang sudah mendapatkan kode bayar dari aplikasi dapat langsung melakukan pembayaran melalui ATM. Untuk melakukan pembayaran bisa menggunakan kartu ATM milik sendiri atau ATM orang lain.
Kode bayar berlaku selama maksimal 2 jam. Apa bila belum melakukan pembayaran kode bayar tidak berlaku lagi. Apabila pemohon tetap akan melakukan pembayaran diharuskan melakukan pendaftaran ulang.
Tanda bukti bayar berlaku selama maksimal 1 bulan harus di tukar dengan SKPD asli dan dilakukan pengesahan STNK. Apabila melebihi 1 bulan tetap bisa di tukar dengan SKPD asli dan dilakukan pengesahan STNK. Tetapi tanda bukti bayar yang melebihi 1 bulan tidak mempunyai legitimasi operasional Ranmor dijalan.
Bukti data E-TBPKP dan E-STNK yang sudah proses pembayaran dapat dipindah kan ke perangkat lainnya melalui proses pindai kode QR pada data E-STNK. Bukti data ini hanya dapat digunakan untuk satu perangkat saja.
SKPD akan dikirim ke alamat yang tertera di STNK yang didaftarkan.
National Online Samsat is an electronic network service organized by the National Samsat Development Team based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia for annual online payments and ratifications of Vehicle Taxes SWDKLLJ and PNBP National Vehicle Registration that can be done nationally through mobile service applications.
The administrative / legal area for implementing the scope of National Online Samsat services that can be accessed is all Samsat in the Province of Indonesia in Indonesia. This National Samsat Online service system only serves the annual Motor Vehicle Tax Payment of SWDKLLJ and PNBP Endorsement of STNK.
Every completed registration process will get a Pay Code that is used for payments through banking E-Channel services (e-Banking or ATM) that have cooperated in payment services. The banks that work together include the Regional Development Bank (BPD) of each province; BUMN Bank (BNI BRI Mandiri BTN); Private Bank (BCA Permata CIMB Niaga).
For taxpayers who have received the payment code from the application they can make payments directly through the ATM. To make a payment you can use your own ATM card or someone else's ATM.
The payment code is valid for a maximum of 2 hours. If the payment code has not been made the payment code is no longer valid. If the applicant will still make a payment he must re-register.
Proof of payment is valid for a maximum of 1 month and must be exchanged with the original SKPD and the registration of the vehicle registration is carried out.
