Feeling Good Teens has been developed for the educational project Positive Mental Training (PosMT) for schools to develop self-esteem resilience and goal focused motivation in young adults (see http://www.foundationforpositivementalhealth.com/for-schools/).

This project is funded by NESTA (an innovation charity) and is being piloted in 11- 13 year old pupils (senior 1 year) in selected schools across the UK.

The ‘Feeling Good Teens app’ has 9 short (3-7 minutes) age-appropriate relaxing audios incorporating Olympic Sports coaching techniques. These have been derived from our NHS accredited ‘Feeling Good; Positive Mindset’ app for adults which contains the full length (18 minutes) PosMT tracks. PosMT has been well researched and shown to reduce worry and increase mood self-confidence and sleep.

The app is free to download and comes with 2 free tracks. Please read the details of how to use the app in the settings page. Pilot schools are given free access to all tracks with referral codes.

Feeling Good allows you to upgrade to premium which gives you access to unlimited content within the app

You have two subscription options:

• 1 month £2.49

Payment will be charged to Playstore Account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period if offered will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription
