O jogo Alícia em Busca do Alfabeto é mais um integrante da série de aplicativos Alícia destinado a alfabetização infantil.

Trata-se de um jogo educativo destinado ao público em idade pré-escolar ainda não alfabetizado e estudantes do primeiro ano do ensino fundamental.

Este novo joguinho visa apresentar às crianças o alfabeto de uma forma lúdica auxiliando no processo de aprendizagem das letras do alfabeto.

Trata-se de um jogo de plataforma composto de 26 fases uma para cada letra do alfabeto.

Em cada fase a criança deve percorrer as plataformas coletando as moedas e letras espalhadas pela cena.

A cada letra coletada o seu nome é pronunciado para que a criança o conheça e o memorize.

A coleta das letras também garante vida extra à personagem Alícia.

A cada fase o grau de dificuldade vai aumentando em função da criança paulatinamente ir melhorando o controle da personagem Alícia.

Só é liberado acesso a uma nova fase quando a criança tiver concluído a fase da letra antecessora.

Os procedimentos para a movimentação da Alícia são bastantes simples.

Imagine a tela dividida em três partes na vertical: A metade superior e a parte inferior dividida ao meio.

Na horizontal pense na tela dividida aproximadamente em cinco partes iguais.

Os movimentos de Alícia são realizados através de toques nestas regiões da tela.

A ideia básica é a seguinte: Tocando no lado direito da tela Alícia se deslocará para a direita. Caso se toque na esquerda o deslocamento será para a esquerda.

Se o toque for próximo às bordas o movimento horizontal será com maior velocidade.

A região central não possui deslocamento horizontal mas pode ser utilizada para fazer Alícia saltar verticalmente. Tocando-se na parte inferior pode-se obter uma indicação da direção onde há moedas a coletar através de um círculo verde com um apontador azul. Esta ação além de pausar o jogo também lhe permitirá voltar à tela inicial e caso esteja na água fará com que a Alícia mergulhe.

Toques na região inferior servem para andar ou correr toques um pouco mais acima servem para saltar baixo e acima da metade da tela destinam-se a saltos altos.

Ao decorrer das cenas Alícia irá se deparar com uma série de personagens com os quais deverá evitar contato.

As letras estão todas em português e são falados pela própria Alícia até então com sete anos de idade quando os áudios foram gravados. Estas características ajudam a manter a atenção da criançada visto que as falas são infantis.

Não são coletadas quaisquer informações sobre a criança que utiliza o aplicativo.

O aplicativo não necessita de permissões especiais a não ser as solicitadas pela própria plataforma de desenvolvimento não faz a publicação de anúncios e é totalmente gratuito.

É desejável que um responsável acompanhe a criança enquanto ela brinca e aprende desta forma o mesmo poderá incentivá-la e ajudá-la caso seja necessário.

The procedures for moving Alicia are quite simple.

Alicia's movements are performed by touching these regions of the screen.
