L’App permette ai clienti mobile di controllare e proteggere la navigazione dei figli in ogni momento anche fuori casa e ai clienti fissi di monitorare e proteggere tutti gli oggetti connessi al router di casa.

WINDTRE Family Protect ti permette in pochi e semplici passi di:

• Bloccare o filtrare i contenuti che ritieni inappropriati
• Bloccare le App dei Social (Facebook Snapchat Instagram TikTok etc)
• Bloccare le App di Giochi (Minecraft Fortnite PokemonGO Clash of Clans etc)
• Bloccare le App di Video (YouTube Netflix SkyGo etc)
• Bloccare le App di Messaggistica (Facebook Messenger Direct from Instagram Skype etc)
• Gestire fino a 10 dispositivi tra Smartphone e Tablet
• Sospendere da remoto la connessione Internet

• Installa l’App WINDTRE Family Protect sul tuo Smartphone o Tablet
• Effettua il login con il numero amministratore comunicato in fase di sottoscrizione
• Configura il livello di protezione che desideri per tuo figlio
• Dall’App WINDTRE Family Protect associa un nuovo dispositivo che vuoi proteggere
• Installa l’App WINDTRE Junior Protect sullo Smartphone o Tablet di tuo figlio
• Inserisci il codice univoco che trovi sull’App WINDTRE Family Protect
• Completa la configurazione dell’App e le impostazioni di protezione saranno subito attive

Per i clienti che utilizzano la versione disponibile con il fisso la protezione del network di casa sarà attivata automaticamente all’attivazione della rete fissa (nel caso di nuovi clienti) o successivamente all’inoltro della richiesta tramite App o altro canale di vendita (per i già clienti).

Al fine di monitorare e personalizzare il livello di sicurezza richiesta il cliente dovrà:
• Installare l’App WINDTRE Family Protect sul proprio smartphone o Tablet alla ricezione dell’SMS contenente il link all’App Store
• Effettuare il login con il numero amministratore comunicato in fase di sottoscrizione
• Creare i diversi profili da associare a ciascun membro della famiglia e assegnargli il livello di protezione desiderato

Per utilizzare WINDTRE Family Protect in modo gratuito è necessario attivare una dell’offerte Junior oppure si può utilizzare attivando l’optional WINDTRE Junior Protect al costo di 0.99€ al mese con 1° mese gratuito compatibile con tutte le offerte mobili e l’offerta fissa di WINDTRE.
