Hemos actualizado totalmente la App y mejorado funcionalidades apostando por una mejora en la experiencia de usuario para que puedas seguir disfrutando de las ventajas de la App de Orquest.

Info de la App.
Descarga la App de Orquest y accede con tu usuario y contraseña. Visualiza tus asignaciones revisa tus peticiones gestiona tus ofertas vacantes y tus fichajes y comprueba tus últimas notificaciones.

1. Asignaciones.
Tendrás tus asignaciones con dos tipos de vista: semanal o mensual. Además podrás navegar entre las fechas del calendario o acceder a una fecha en concreto.

2. Peticiones
Podrás acceder al listado de todas tus peticiones organizadas por categorías. Podrás interactuar con ellas ver su estado y acceder a las que estén en curso.

3. Ofertas de turnos vacantes
Desde la App podrás gestionar y visualizar con mucha facilidad las ofertas de turnos vacantes.

4. Fichajes
Podrás acceder a tus fichajes y fichar rápidamente desde la App. Para ello accede desde el menú lateral y podrás ver además los comentarios de otras fechas.
(Para dotar de toda la funcionalidad a los fichajes tendrás que aceptar los permisos de localización desde la App. De esta manera podrás geolocalizarte fácilmente en el mapa y confirmar tu posición).

5. Notificaciones
Tendrás acceso a todas las notificaciones y podrás acceder directamente al contenido relacionado.

6. Shortcuts
¡NUEVO! Ahora podrás acceder a secciones de la App directamente desde la pantalla inicial. Tendrás acceso directo a fichajes tus turnos de la actual semana crear una nueva petición y al listado de ofertas de turnos disponibles.

7. Spotlights
¡NUEVO! Accede y visualiza tus turnos desde el propio buscador del móvil.
¿Cómo visualizar mis turnos??
• Accede a la App. y visualiza tus turnos.
• Ve al buscador de tu móvil escribe el nombre y día que te interesan y aparecerá como sugerencia en tu búsqueda dentro de la App de Orquest.
• Además si pulsas sobre ella se te mostrarán los turnos completos de la semana y del día que buscaste.

¿Y cómo creo una petición?
• Accede a la pantalla de crear una petición desde la App.
• Se te generará un acceso directo habilitado desde el buscador: escribe ‘Nueva petición’ sobre el buscador para que te aparezca la sugerencia de la App de Orquest.
• Pulsa sobre la sugerencia y accederás directamente a la pantalla para solicitar una nueva petición.

Y ahora ¿nos das tu permiso?
Para ser más útiles y poder ofrecerte una mejor experiencia la App de Orquest te solicitará permiso para acceder a algunas funciones de tu móvil por supuesto de forma segura y en base a las normas de protección de datos en vigor.

Permisos que te pediremos aceptar:
- Ubicación: Nos permite saber dónde realizas el fichaje tanto para registrar tu inicio o fin de trabajo como tus descansos.

El acceso a la aplicación está restringido a empleados de empresas con licencia de uso.

Download the Orquest App and access with your username and password. View your assignments review your requests manage your vacant offers and your signings and check your latest notifications.

1. Assignments.
You will have your assignments with two types of view: weekly or monthly. In addition you can navigate between calendar dates or access a specific date.

2. Requests
You can access the list of all your requests organized by categories. You can interact with them see their status and access those that are in progress.

3. Offers of vacant shifts
From the App you can easily manage and view the vacant shift offers.

4. Transfers
You can access your transfers and sign quickly from the App. To do this access from the side menu and you can also see comments from other dates.
(To give the transfers all the functionality you will have to accept the location permissions from the App. In this way you can easily geolocate yourself on the map and confirm your position).

5. Notifications
You will have access to all notifications and you can directly access related content.

6. Shortcuts
NEW! Now you can access sections of the App directly from the initial screen. You will have direct access to transfers your shifts for the current week create a new request and the list of available shift offers.

7. Spotlights
NEW! Access and view your shifts from the mobile search engine itself.
How to view my shifts ??
• Access the App. And view your shifts.
• Go to your mobile search engine write the name and day that interests you and it will appear as a suggestion in your search within the Orquest App.
• Also if you click on it it will show you the complete shifts the week and the day you were looking for.

And how do I create a petition?
• Access the screen to create a request from the App.
• A direct access enabled from the search engine will be generated: write ‘New request’ on the search engine so that the suggestion of the Orquest App appears.
• Click on the suggestion and you will go directly to the screen to request a new request.

And now do you give us your permission?
To be more useful and to offer you a better experience the Orquest App will ask you for permission to access some functions of your mobile of course safely and based on the data protection regulations in force.

Permissions that we will ask you to accept:
- Location: It allows us to know where you make the transfer both to record your start or end of work and your breaks.

Access to the application is restricted to employees of companies with license to use.
