Cuidarlos permite además a los cuidadores domiciliarios encontrar empleo de forma rápida y segura.
A través de la comunidad de Cuidarlos entran en contacto familiares y cuidadores dentro de un entorno seguro donde podrán sin intermediarios concertar entrevistas chatear y conocerse.
Todos los perfiles publicados dentro de plataforma de Cuidarlos se generan en forma individual gratuita y genuina. Los perfiles pertenecen a personas reales en búsqueda de oportunidades laborales.
Los familiares en búsqueda de cuidadores pueden examinar los diferentes perfiles evaluar los rankings de cada postulante y contactar al que considere más apropiado para cuidar a su ser querido.
A través de la App de Cuidarlos es posible encontrar a un nuevo cuidador o un reemplazante si tu cuidador habitual se ha ausentado sin aviso.
Los cuidadores que pertenecen a la red de Cuidarlos tienen la posibilidad de capacitarse en forma permanente por medio de cursos online. El registro de esa capacitación al combinarse con su desempeño y performance incrementa sus posibilidades de conseguir trabajo.

Características

▶ A través de la App es posible contratar el Pack monitoreo que brinda un servicio de monitoreo control y seguimiento de cuidador y paciente sumamente detallado y preciso. A través del este monitoreo constante y en tiempo real es posible supervisar el cuidado del paciente desde cualquier sitio con sólo acceder a la App.
▶ Creación de grilla horaria. Una vez definido el cuidador que atenderá al paciente es necesario establecer una grilla de horarios donde se detallan los días y horarios en que el cuidador asistirá al domicilio del paciente. Esta grilla horaria será consensuada por ambas partes.
▶ Control de presentismo. Habiendo creado una grilla de horarios la App detecta por medio de geolocalización la llegada del cuidador al domicilio. De la misma manera la App permite informar su horario de salida. Cuidarlos App permite este control con varios cuidadores en el caso que la asistencia al paciente sea llevada a cabo por más de una persona.
▶ Creación de listados de tareas para que el cuidador pueda supervisar al paciente de manera eficiente. Es posible de forma rápida y sencilla cargar los medicamentos necesarios para el paciente indicaciones específicas para su higiene aclaraciones acerca del tipo de alimentación horarios pautados para las siestas y paseos.
▶ Cualquier variación en las tareas realizadas por parte del cuidador será identificada informada y almacenada en tiempo real. El presentismo será informado a través de la App de la misma manera.

Funcionamiento
▶ Los horarios de trabajo o grilla horaria serán descriptos dentro de la App y confirmados por ambos (cuidador y Responsable). Esto permitirá un control detallado del cuidador o cuidadores seleccionados
▶ Las tareas de cuidado serán definidas y establecidas por el Responsable y serán personales e individuales de cada paciente. En caso que un Responsable posea más de un paciente para ser asistido deberá crear las tareas de cada paciente en forma independiente.
▶ Cada tarea a realizar se mostrará como un ícono en su teléfono. Los cuidadores siempre tendrán visibilidad de las necesidades del paciente tan pronto como éstas sean detalladas por el Responsable. Su plan de trabajo durante todo su turno estará disponible on line en todo momento.
▶ Monitoreo constante para estar seguro de que las tareas se realicen de acuerdo con el plan. Las divergencias en la hora y el horario de trabajo se reconocen y se informan de forma automática. Los acontecimientos especiales podrán ser informados de modo que el familiar y el cuidador del turno siguiente tengan conociento del mismo.
