Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için e-Devlet Şifresi veya Mobil İmza sahibi olmalısınız. e-Devlet Şifrenizi PTT şubelerine geçerli kimliğiniz ile birlikte şahsen başvurarak temin edebilirsiniz. Mobil İmza aboneliği için hizmet aldığınız operatöre başvurmalı ve gerekli prosedürü tamamlamalısınız.
