Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia adalah kamus ekabahasa resmi bahasa Indonesia yang disusun oleh Badan Pengembangan dan Pembinaan Bahasa dan diterbitkan oleh Balai Pustaka. Kamus ini menjadi acuan tertinggi bahasa Indonesia yang baku karena kamus ini merupakan kamus bahasa Indonesia terlengkap dan yang paling akurat yang pernah diterbitkan oleh penerbit yang memiliki hak paten dari pemerintah Republik Indonesia yang dinaungi oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia.

Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 Tentang Hak Cipta

Pasal 113

Setiap Orang yang dengan tanpa hak melakukan pelanggaran hak ekonomi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 9 ayat (1) huruf i untuk Penggunaan Secara Komersial dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 1 (satu) tahun dan/atau pidana denda paling banyak Rp100.000.000 (seratus juta rupiah).
Setiap Orang yang dengan tanpa hak dan/atau tanpa izin Pencipta atau pemegang Hak Cipta melakukan pelanggaran hak ekonomi Pencipta sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 9 ayat (1) huruf c huruf d huruf f dan/atau huruf h untuk Penggunaan Secara Komersial dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 3 (tiga) tahun dan/atau pidana denda paling banyak Rp500.000.00000 (lima ratus juta rupiah).
Setiap Orang yang dengan tanpa hak dan/atau tanpa izin Pencipta atau pemegang Hak Cipta melakukan pelanggaran hak ekonomi Pencipta sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 9 ayat (1) huruf a huruf b huruf e dan/atau huruf g untuk Penggunaan Secara Komersial dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 4 (empat) tahun dan/atau pidana denda paling banyak Rp1.000.000.00000 (satu miliar rupiah).
Setiap Orang yang memenuhi unsur sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (3) yang dilakukan dalam bentuk pembajakan dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 10 (sepuluh) tahun dan/atau pidana denda paling banyak Rp4.000.000.00000 (empat miliar rupiah).

Pasal 8

Hak ekonomi merupakan hak eksklusif Pencipta atau Pemegang Hak Cipta untuk mendapatkan manfaat ekonomi atas Ciptaan.


Pasal 9

Pencipta atau Pemegang Hak Cipta sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 8 memiliki hak ekonomi untuk melakukan:
penerbitan Ciptaan;
Penggandaan Ciptaan dalam segala bentuknya;
penerjemahan Ciptaan;
pengadaptasian pengaransemenan atau pentransformasian Ciptaan;
Pendistribusian Ciptaan atau salinannya;
pertunjukan Ciptaan;
Pengumuman Ciptaan;
Komunikasi Ciptaan; dan
penyewaan Ciptaan.
Setiap Orang yang melaksanakan hak ekonomi sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) wajib mendapatkan izin Pencipta atau Pemegang Hak Cipta.
Setiap Orang yang tanpa izin Pencipta atau Pemegang Hak Cipta dilarang melakukan Penggandaan dan/atau Penggunaan Secara Komersial Ciptaan.

Pasal 52

Setiap Orang dilarang merusak memusnahkan menghilangkan atau membuat tidak berfungsi sarana kontrol teknologi yang digunakan sebagai pelindung Ciptaan atau produk Hak Terkait serta pengaman Hak Cipta atau Hak Terkait kecuali untuk kepentingan pertahanan dan keamanan negara serta sebab lain sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan atau diperjanjikan lain.

Article 113

Article 8

Article 9

publication of the work;

translation of the work;

Announcement of the work;
Communication of the work; and
Creation rental.
Every person conducting economic rights referred to in subsection (1) must obtain permission of the Author or the Copyright Holder.
Every person who without permission of the creator or copyright holder are prohibited from copying and / or use of the commercially Creation.

Article 52
