GiGAeyes 서비스 이용기간 중 도난 손실 상해의 피해를 입으신 경우 상해 최대 5천만원 도난 최대 1천만원의 보상서비스를 제공해 드립니다.
* 접근권한 안내
GiGAeyes앱은 안드로이드 6.0 이상 버전에 맞추어 접근권한을 이용자가 개별적으로 선택 가능하게 하였으나 이용자가 안드로이드 6.0 미만 버전의 스마트폰을 이용하는 경우에는 선택적 접근권한에 대한 앱 이용자가 선택적으로 동의할 수 없게 될 수 있으므로 안드로이드 6.0 이상으로 업그레이드 할 수 있는지 확인하고 업그레이드 하시기 바랍니다. 또한 운영체제가 업그레이드 되더라도 기존 앱에서 동의한 접근권한이 바뀌지는 않기 때문에 접근권한을 다시 설정하시기 위해서는 이미 설치한 앱을 삭제 후 재설치해야합니다.

1.필수적 접근 권한

2.선택적 접근 권한

* 선택적 접근권한의 허용에는 동의하지 않아도 서비스의 이용이 가능합니다.
KT GiGAeyes 앱은 안드로이드 6.0 이상 버전에 맞추어 선택적 접근권한을 개별적으로 동의하고 설정할 수 있도록 개발되었습니다. 만약 안드로이드 6.0 미만 버전을 이용하는 경우에는 단말장치 제조업체에서 운영체제 업그레이드 기능을 제공하는지 확인하여 업그레이드를 진행하시고 이용하시기 바랍니다. 또한 운영체제가 업그레이드되더라도 기존 앱에서 동의한 접근권한이 바뀌지는 않기 때문에 접근권한을 다시 설정하기 위해서는 단말 설정 메뉴에서 재설정하시면 됩니다.

We provide high-accuracy alarms by combining IoT sensors such as door opening sound and fire with intelligent video analysis services.
-Intelligent video analysis service
With advanced video analysis technology such as intrusion alarm and smart video summary it provides various information that can be used for marketing as well as security service number of customers heat map and delay time.
-Emergency on-call service
GiGAeyes provides kt telecop 24-hour on-site service free of charge in case of emergency.
-Compensation service
If you suffer from theft loss or injury during the GiGAeyes service period we will provide compensation services up to 50 million won and up to 10 million won.
* Access right information
The GiGAeyes app allows users to individually select access rights in accordance with Android 6.0 or later versions but when users use smartphones with Android versions less than 6.0 app users may not be able to selectively agree to the optional access rights. Please check if you can upgrade to Android 6.0 or higher and upgrade. In addition even if the operating system is upgraded the access rights agreed to in the existing apps do not change so to reset the access rights you must delete and reinstall the already installed apps.

* You can use the service even if you do not agree to allow optional access.
The KT GiGAeyes app was developed to individually agree and set optional access rights for Android 6.0 and later versions. If you are using Android version 6.0 or lower please check if the terminal device manufacturer provides an operating system upgrade function before proceeding with the upgrade. In addition even if the operating system is upgraded the access authority agreed to in the existing app does not change so to reset the access authority reset it in the terminal settings menu.
