Mobil tətbiq Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2018-ci il 20 dekabr tarixli 418 nömrəli Fərmanına əsasən yaradılmış Tibbi Ərazi Bölmələrini İdarəetmə Birliyi publik hüquqi şəxs (TƏBİB) tərəfindən dəstəklənir.

Mobil tətbiq A2Z Advisors LLC tərəfindən hazırlanmışdır. Mobil tətbiq vasitəsilə yayılan məlumat və xəbərlər Tibbi Ərazi Bölmələrini İdarəetmə Birliyi publik hüquqi şəxs (TƏBİB) tərəfindən təqdim olunur.

The mobile application is supported by the Public Association of Medical Territorial Units (MEDICINE) established by the Decree No. 418 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 20 2018.

The mobile application was developed by A2Z Advisors LLC. The information and news disseminated through the mobile application is provided by the Medical Territorial Units Management Association public legal entity (DOCTOR).
