eOncoSalud es una herramienta de ayuda y soporte para el autocontrol y el seguimiento evolutivo del paciente con tratamientos antineoplásicos que cuenta además con sistemas remotos de supervisión por parte de los profesionales de salud del Hospital.

Las principales funcionalidades que ofrece eOncoSalud son:

AGENDA. En formato diario y mensual avisa de las tareas y permite registrar la actividad programada (tomas de medicamentos controles y citas).

TRATAMIENTO: eOncoSalud es una herramienta de ayuda para gestionar tu tratamiento farmacológico permitiéndote planificar y validar las tomas de los fármacos en cada momento. Desde la aplicación podrás también añadir otros fármacos y tratamientos. Contiene información fotografías prospectos y recomendaciones sobre el tratamiento farmacológico así como precauciones a tomar e información sobre posibles interacciones.

AUTOCONTROL. Este módulo permite controlar periódicamente las principales biomedidas como peso tensión arterial frecuencia cardiaca temperatura etc. Incluye además registros de estado general control de dolor y otros cuestionarios de evaluación y cumplimiento terapéutico. En algunos grupos de Pacientes se integrará con un pulsómetro a través de conexión Bluetooth para el control de la frecuencia cardiaca y la tensión arterial (en usuarios afectados por determinadas cardiopatías).

SÍNTOMAS y EFECTOS ADVERSOS. El paciente cuenta con un protocolo específico de actuación ante la aparición de síntomas o descompensaciones. Una vez registra un efecto adverso eOncoSalud le va preguntando y guiando en función de sus respuestas. Permite insertar imágenes y ficheros multimedia especialmente interesantes en las alteraciones de la piel.

COMUNICACIONES. El paciente y el profesional cuentan con un potente módulo de mensajes internos para mejorar la comunicación de cara a la monitorización y seguimiento remotos.
Toda la información que se introduce en la aplicación queda registrada en un espacio cloud denominado carpeta personal alojado en servidores seguros y accesible vía web tanto por el usuario –paciente- como por su profesional o médico autorizado. Esta carpeta permite valorar la evolución en el tiempo y compartirla como registro del historial de autoseguimiento del paciente.

eOncoSalud is a help and support tool for self-control and the evolutionary follow-up of the patient with antineoplastic treatments that also has remote monitoring systems by the Hospital's health professionals.

The main functionalities offered by eOncoSalud are:

SCHEDULE. In daily and monthly format it notifies of the tasks and allows to register the programmed activity (taking of medicines controls and appointments).

TREATMENT: eOncoSalud is a tool to help you manage your pharmacological treatment allowing you to plan and validate the doses of the drugs at all times. From the application you can also add other drugs and treatments. It contains information photographs prospects and recommendations on pharmacological treatment as well as precautions to be taken and information on possible interactions.

AUTOCONTROL This module allows periodic control of the main bi-dimensions such as weight blood pressure heart rate temperature etc. It also includes records of general condition pain control and other questionnaires for evaluation and therapeutic compliance. In some groups of patients it will be integrated with a heart rate monitor via Bluetooth connection to control heart rate and blood pressure (in users affected by certain heart diseases).

SYMPTOMS and ADVERSE EFFECTS. The patient has a specific protocol of action before the appearance of symptoms or decompensation. Once you register an adverse effect eOncoSalud will ask and guide you according to your answers. It allows inserting images and multimedia files especially interesting in the alterations of the skin.

COMMUNICATIONS The patient and the professional have a powerful internal message module to improve communication in the face of remote monitoring and follow-up.
All the information that is entered into the application is registered in a cloud space called "personal folder" hosted on secure servers and accessible via the web both by the user-patient-as well as by their professional or authorized doctor. This folder allows you to evaluate the evolution over time and share it as a record of the patient's self-monitoring history.
