The idea stemmed from a research-based in Asia Europe North Africa and America when the first online auction took place in 1995 to fabricate a state-of-the-art electronic auction system in GCC countries which benefits the customer from a remote location as well as to contribute to the increased trade exchange at the same time reducing the balance of economic deficit in those particular countries.

Since then prominent companies have started online auctions in GCC countries but compromised services over financial gain which caused mistrust among customers as well as other trading companies.
