The Totemus treasure hunts are halfway between track game and geocaching.

Totemus combines sport with different levels of walks culture with the promotion of local wealth and know-how (tales and legends art gastronomy...) and adventure.

The principle?

All along the route hunters have to solve riddles that need their sense of observation: find a date at the foot of a statue count the number of windows of a building fill in the name of a street etc. By doing so hunters collect totems and earn points called "toteez" which can be exchanged for gifts at amusement parks museums playgrounds restaurants etc.
