We are your spiritual playground and our sessions are curated for you to CONNECT EXPRESS and find your JOY. We offer you a range of tools and techniques to ignite the flame of enquiry as you take your own path back to yourself. Typical sessions include yoga meditation cacao ceremonies feminine & masculine circles; sound healings; holistic belly dance; sacred flow dance; capoeira finding your voice workshops and Feldenkrais just to name a few. We also offer one-on-one therapies and processes such as massage reiki and coaching.
One of our main goals in the creation of Anahata is to bring together a tribe of like-minded individuals - a soul family - to cut through the illusion of separation and loneliness so that together we can explore and enjoy everything that this life has to offer.
We offer a monthly membership which includes daily activities and special discounts for events and courses. If you are not looking for commitment then you can also book onto individual classes.
