File editor

- File editor now supports Unicode properly
- Caveat: Line numbers are removed (until an issue with them is fixed upstream)
- Refactored to work better
- A "you should save" icon will appear on the actions button when you edited a file and didn't save

- The multi-file options wont stick around when deleting files
- Deleted files will actually vanish without a refresh
