Fixed a bug where certain conditions could still avoid damage after
being hit by the Electric Grid II.
Trait: Superstar, increases the maximum number of stored stacks to 20.
Adjust Suit: No defense, does not increase damage by adding power.
Slightly decrease Xie Lier's skill: damage coefficient of Prayer of Pain.
Slightly lower Wilson's skill: Chaotic Poison Vulnerability Stacking Toxin.
