Photo Editor Droid for Android Photo editor is a light device mobile application that works by using the canvas element that can be saved in jpg png tiff gif and pdf.
This tool takes either an image JPG GIF TIFF BMP PNG and you can to import new file or new layer from you external storage (file system) or from url.
