In the book. The stories of Hazrat Abu Bakr Hazrat Omar Hazrat Osman Hazrat Ali Hazrat Muawiyah and many other Companions have been narrated in this book.
This great book was originally written by Muhammad Yusuf Sahib Kandhalvi (RA).
Companions of the Prophet or aṣ-ṣaḥābah were the disciples and followers of Muhammad who saw or met the prophet during his lifetime and were physically in his presence.Al-ṣaḥābah is definite plural; the indefinite singular is masculine صَحَابِيٌّ (ṣaḥābiyy) feminine صَحَابِيَّةٌ (ṣaḥābiyyah).
Later scholars accepted their testimony of the words and deeds of Muhammad the occasions on which the Quran was revealed and other various important matters of Islamic history and practice. The testimony of the companions as it was passed down through trusted chains of narrators (isnads) was the basis of the developing Islamic tradition. From the traditions (hadith) of the life of Muhammad and his companions are drawn the Muslim way of life (sunnah) the code of conduct (sharia) it requires and the jurisprudence (fiqh) by which Muslim communities should be regulated.
The two largest Islamic denominations the Sunni and Shia take different approaches in weighing the value of the companions' testimonies have different hadith collections and as a result have different views about the ṣaḥābah.
The next generation of Muslims after the ṣaḥābah who were born after Muhammad died but knew personally at least one ṣaḥābah are called Tābi‘ūn and the generation after them who knew at least one Tābi‘ are called tābi‘ al-tābi‘īn. The three generations make up the salaf of Islam.
The Quran also romanized Qur'an or Koran is the central religious text of Islam believed by Muslims to be a revelation from God (Allah) It is widely regarded as the finest work in classical Arabic literature.It is organized in 114 chapters which consist of verses।
Muslims believe that the Quran was orally revealed by God to the final prophet Muhammad through the archangel Gabriel incrementally over a period of some 23 years beginning in the month of Ramadanwhen Muhammad was 40; and concluding in 632 the year of his death. Muslims regard the Quran as Muhammad's most important miracle; a proof of his prophethood; and the culmination of a series of divine messages starting with those revealed to Adam including the Tawrah (Torah) the Zabur ("Psalms") and the Injil ("Gospel"). The word Quran occurs some 70 times in the text itself and other names and words are also said to refer to the Quran.
The Quran is thought by Muslims to be not simply divinely inspired but the literal word of God.Muhammad did not write it as he did not know how to write. According to tradition several of Muhammad's companions served as scribes recording the revelations. Shortly after the prophet's death the Quran was compiled by the companions who had written down or memorised parts of it.
