Radio Holy Quran from Cairo live broadcast

The Holy Quran Radio was established on 3/29/1964.

- The radio started strong with the power of the material it broadcasts and the owner of the media idea in its establishment was Dr. Muhammad Abdel Qader Hatem Minister of Information at the time.

- It began broadcasting the Qur’an reciting the voice of five senior reciters in two shifts for 14 hours a day. In 1966 religious programs were added to the Holy Qur’an at 5% of the transmission rate and the owner of this addition was Professor Mahmoud Hassan Ismail.

- In 1967 the Qur’an was presented Al-Majid next to The Psalmist with the voices of famous reciters and in 1973 it began to spread and the transmission time was increased to 19 hours per day with an increase of five hours and the percentage of programs increased to constitute 30% of the transmission rate and it increased This radio is currently broadcasting 24 hours a day.

The network presents programs of enlightened Islamic thought in all its branches which is the fourth axis of the media message of the Holy Qur’an Network.

- She provided extensive media coverage for the transmission of religious rites in the month of Ramadan and the Isha and Tarawih prayers live from the most famous mosques in Cairo and the Tahajjud prayer was also transmitted from the Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and from the Masjid Al-Nabawi in Madinah Al-Munawwarah daily live on the air in the last ten days of the month of Ramadan and provides daily comprehensive and distinct media coverage of the rituals of Hajj
