In this application you get a quick idea of your aerobic capacity
via the rating scale RPC (Rating of Percieved Excertion). You will
also receive information about which pulse rate intervals you
should train within to stay in good health. You have the
opportunity to use the app as an exercise diary where you set goals
based on your fitness and based on the recommendations for physical
activity that are available and where you can follow up your
training.
